Talk to someone who does this
No qualification call with a salesperson first — you speak to a consultant from the practice that would deliver the work.
Where it applies
Sectors that use this most
Telecommunications
Field engineering at national scale — exchange, edge and customer premises, on the same SLA.
Retail & E-Commerce
Store estates, EPoS and distribution centres kept trading — including through peak.
Manufacturing & Logistics
OT and IT convergence, plant-floor networks and warehouse systems built for continuous operation.
Questions
The things buyers actually ask
Are these your own engineers or subcontractors?
Both, and we tell you which. Around a third are directly employed in our core regions; the rest are long-standing partner engineers who are individually vetted, insured and accredited under our quality system. The SLA and the invoice are ours either way.
Can you cover locations outside major cities?
Yes. Remote and rural sites are quoted on a next-business-day or scheduled basis rather than a four-hour tier, since response depends on travel time rather than engineer availability.
How is smart hands work priced?
Either per-ticket with a minimum callout, or as a prepaid block of hours drawn down across your estate. Block hours are materially cheaper for anyone raising more than a handful of tickets a month.
