No. Our advisory practice is deliberately separated from procurement. We hold vendor accreditations so our engineers stay current, but we take no margin on the products we recommend — you buy direct or through your existing reseller.
For a single-site organisation of up to 500 users, four weeks from kick-off to findings. Multi-site or multi-country estates typically run six to ten weeks depending on how much discovery tooling we can deploy.
That is the normal arrangement. We are usually brought in to give an internal team the capacity and independent evidence they need to make a case they already believe in.
