Independence

Why we hold accreditations but sell no hardware

Accreditation keeps engineers current and gives us access to vendor escalation paths. Reselling would make every recommendation suspect. Holding one without the other is deliberate.

What this means in practice

  • You buy direct or through your existing reseller — we have no view on which.
  • Our engineers hold current certifications on the platforms you run.
  • We can open vendor TAC cases and escalate as an accredited partner.
  • If the honest answer is “keep what you have”, there is no cost to us in saying it.
