The role

What you would be doing

Written as the job actually is, including the parts that are less glamorous than the title suggests.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build landing zones with policy, identity and network baselines
  • Author and maintain infrastructure as code in Terraform and Bicep
  • Execute migration waves including cutover and rollback rehearsal
  • Implement FinOps tagging standards and produce showback reporting
  • Hand over operational runbooks to client teams or managed services

What we need from you

  • Four or more years working with Azure at production scale
  • Strong Terraform or Bicep, with real CI/CD pipeline experience
  • AZ-104 plus AZ-305 or equivalent demonstrable experience
  • Comfortable owning a production cutover window
  • Based in an EMEA timezone with right to work

Nice to have

Genuinely optional. Nobody has ever been rejected for missing everything on this list.

  • AWS or Google Cloud alongside Azure
  • Kubernetes and container platform operations
  • VMware to cloud migration experience
