The role

What you would be doing

Responsibilities

  • Own the schedule, budget and readiness position for assigned programmes
  • Chair weekly client steering calls and produce the programme dashboard
  • Manage the site readiness gate process across delivery partners
  • Escalate risk early and honestly, including where we are the cause
  • Coordinate logistics, staging and field resource scheduling

What we need from you

  • Five or more years managing multi-site IT deployment programmes
  • Track record on programmes of 200 sites or more
  • Confident chairing client governance at director level
  • Fluent English; Dutch or German an advantage
  • Right to work in the Netherlands

Nice to have

Genuinely optional. Nobody has ever been rejected for missing everything on this list.

  • PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP
  • Retail or hospitality rollout experience
  • Experience with trading freeze planning
